Early Childhood Education Conference

Come and see why the public library is more than just books.  With our fast-paced world and information coming to us from multiple sources, just how has the library kept up and what can the library offer early childhood professionals and the families they serve.  Let’s have some fun and discover how the Charles County Public Library creates opportunities for the community to engage, discover and learn.

Core of Knowledge:  2.0 Clock Hours of Community

Megan Burroughs and Karen Wilson, work at the Charles County Public Library.  The CCPL creates opportunities for the community to engage, discover, and learn.  Our Mobile Services Department supports this mission by providing home delivery of books, materials, and programs to those who are unable to travel to a branch.  Launched in May 2017, Mobile Services includes our Mobile Library truck and van, which are on the road 20 days of the month serving individuals and groups in Charles County.
